Positions we’re hiring for:

Barton Publishing currently develops and markets products in the health information and publishing space, which includes books, magazines, therapeutic music CD's, and more. We are preparing to branch out into the skin care space in 2017 with a revolutionary new “face lift” system that includes a mechanical facelift device, as well as a variety of topical creams, cleansers and serums to be used with the system.

Barton is seeking a logistics and supply chain specialist for the following activities:

  • Source manufacturing for the all-natural, certified organic topical products used in the system
  • Source bottle, jars, and labels for topical products used in the system
  • Working with the CMO, assist in designing and developing new packaging for the system, including retail box, mailer box, molded inserts, etc.
  • Source supplier for packaging to be used in the system
  • Place orders for all products, including topicals from selected U.S. Manufacturer, mechanical device from Chinese supplier, and packaging from sourced supplier.
  • Arrange for all components to be assembled and packaged ready to shipment to consumers
  • Final goods to be delivered to fulfillment center ready for shipment to consumer
  • Monitor and manage all inventory levels to ensure a proper level of inventory is on hand at all times. Goal is to keep inventory levels high enough to ensure we never run out of product, but keeping them tight enough so that we don't have waste due to expired product, or cash-flow issues due to too much product sitting in the warehouse.
  • Once the Facelift System project is up and running, additional duties will be to monitor, source, order, and manage the inventory for Barton's other products, which include published books as well as CD's, DVD's and portable music players sold under the Wholetones brand.

6 Reasons Why You Should Work With Us

#1. Stability
We've been in business since 2004 and have gone through many of the "rough patches" already. We are now a very strong and healthy company and the future looks bright for a very long time.

#2. Opportunity
Unlike most companies that want to keep your pay as low as they can, we do the opposite! Our goal is to pay you as much as we possibly can because when we do, we know that means you are creating tremendous value for our customers and our business.

We only want A level superstars so we offer above average compensation as well as performancebased bonuses. Very few companies can come close to this compensation. The better you perform – the more you make!

#3. Flexibility
Location doesn't matter to us. We don't care if you're working on the beach, your kitchen, or in your backyard. We don't care if you work from 6 a.m. 2 p.m. Or from noon – 8 p.m… As long as you stay productive and produce results – that's all that matters.

#4. Freedom
We believe that all people deserve to be free... free to make their own choices... free to create their own success... and we strive to create a work environment that not only allows, but encourages you to be creative and take risks (well thought out of course).

No company politics or popularity contests. Instead you get to be YOU and you have the freedom to create your own success in your own unique way. We are a team of "producers"... people who are results oriented and believe that each person should be responsible for themselves.

#5. Great People
You'd be joining an existing team of superstars, many of which have been with the company for years. There is virtually no “drama” within the team found in most companies. Everyone here is fun, passionate, great at what they do, and willing to help out. If you're that kind of person – you'll fit in perfectly.

#6. Training and Education
We invest heavily in our knowledge and skills. As part of our team you'll have access to an enormous library of "how to" and "self improvement" books and courses and we also reimburse our team when they invest in continued education.

#7. Growth
We are growing at warp speed and have continued to increase profits year after year. This growth also means growth for you... in knowledge, skills, relationships and income.

And we have a variety of products for you to write about. In shifting your focus from product to product, there’s no chance you’ll stagnate or get bored because there’s always something new and fresh to keep you on your game!
